Hard to tell if it’s a trailer or a rollback bed. I’ve had trouble loading my Z06 on my rollback, and usually a set of boards helps, but you don’t block them up the way it was done in the video. Lowered vehicles, especially with long front and rear overhangs are problematic to load - approach and departure angles. Approach angle troubles are when the front air dam hits the bed before the front wheels start up the bed and lift the car as it goes. The departure angle is a problem when the tail of the car drags the ground before the rear wheels get on the bed.
Century, now owned by Miller Industries (who has systematically bought out most of the various wrecker / rollback manufacturers, but continues to build under the original brand names) makes a rollback model called “the right approach” that may help solve the issue. http://www.houseofwreckers.com/brochures/pdfs/century-carriers-right-approach-series.pdf
The rear 1/3 of the bed is hinged so that when deployed you can get a two stage ramp. Once the car is on the bed, the bed is run back up on to the truck and the hinge section is locked straight. The bed can be deployed as a conventional straight bed, or folded as seen in the PDF.
