AutoGeek has customer service down

I’ve talked about AutoGeek in a few times before and it has certainly sucked down a portion of my wallet. Through my many hours of detailing the Subaru and Accord (which I still owe a post about, the results were pretty damn good), a fault developed in my Ultimate Detailing Machine (UDM).

Right at the end of correcting the Accord, a loose connection developed in the head of the machine and I would have to twist the head chassis one direction while I twisted the body chassis in the other direction to keep the connection, as indicated in the picture. I was straining like this, holding the machine together, just long enough to finish the front & rear bumpers so I could finally finish the Accord.

Anyway, I was bummed but not worried as I’ve heard nothing but great things about AutoGeek customer service. I finally got around to sending a private message to one of the AG staff on their forum, Meghan, who has always been portrayed and polite & helpful. She responded to my PM over the weekend and asked me to give her a call on Monday.

I barely had to provide an explanation and she said she would send out a replacement with a pre-paid label to send the other one back. I also asked if they had some extra little squeeze bottles so I could share some of my product with my Dad, no problem their either. Two minutes later and I was off the phone.
